HOLIDAYS

Regularly scheduled walks DO NOT occur on federal holidays (listed below.) If you still require your regular visit on any of these holidays, please email me in advance so I can put you on the schedule. The $10 holiday fee will apply.

New Years Day (January 1st)

Martin Luther King Day (3rd Monday in January)

President’s Day (3rd Monday in February)

Memorial Day (last Monday in May)

Independence Day (4th of July)

Labor Day (1st Monday in September)

Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)

Christmas Day (December 25th)

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment is due upon completion of services. You will receive an invoice for services rendered within seven business days of the last day of service. Please mail your check made payable to:

CANCELLATIONS

48 hours notice of cancellation is required. Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s and Memorial Day to Labor Day you must give 14 days’ notice for cancellation to receive credit for your reserved service. If not, a 25% penalty of requested service amount will be imposed.
